1. Booking Confirmation All bookings made through Hemel Taxis 24/7 will receive an email or SMS confirmation. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the details for accuracy. Hemel Taxis 24/7 cannot be held liable for errors or omissions in booking information provided by the customer.

2. Pricing and Payment Prices quoted are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Hemel Taxis 24/7 reserves the right to adjust prices if the journey details change. Payment must be made via the methods offered on our platform before the commencement of the service.

3. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy, and no refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

4. Waiting Time A complimentary waiting time of 45 minutes is provided for airport pickups, and 15 minutes for all other locations. Additional waiting time beyond these limits will be charged at the applicable rate.

5. Passenger Conduct Passengers are expected to behave in a manner that does not jeopardize the safety of the vehicle, driver, or other passengers. Hemel Taxis 24/7 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.

6. Child Seats It is the responsibility of the customer to request child seats at the time of booking. Hemel Taxis 24/7 will make every effort to provide the requested child seat, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

7. Luggage Passengers are permitted to carry standard luggage within the vehicle’s capacity. Hemel Taxis 24/7 is not responsible for any damage to or loss of luggage during transit.

8. Delays Hemel Taxis 24/7 will not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic congestion, roadworks, or weather conditions. Customers are advised to book their journeys with sufficient time allowance.

9. Amendments to Bookings Any changes to the booking details must be communicated to Hemel Taxis 24/7 at least 24 hours in advance. Amendments are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

10. Liability Hemel Taxis 24/7’s liability for any claim arising out of the provision of our services shall be limited to the cost of the journey in question. We will not be held liable for any consequential losses.
